haché~~todays dinner

Haché is dutch.
I made hache today, not original dutch, i had a girlfriend from Suriname and she learned me this.
You take beef (stew) in small pieces, and bake it. Then you put in a few unions in small parts, and bake then too.
Put in some garlick and a paprika, and a few tomatoes and bake everything.
Put in some herbes, a (few) laurel leaf, black pepper and salt.
And put in water, when everything cooks put it on low fire with a lit on. And leave it there for a few hours, till the meat is done.
You can serve it with potatoes. That is dutch.
( for the dutch way you leave the tamotoes, the paprika and the garlick out)
But i served it with rice and also with a kind of brown beans wich i don't find in my translator book.
I did some fresh unions on top and red pepper piment. Because i don't cook it too spicey for my kids.
